Spatial capture-recapture of aquatic turtles in the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal

Project Aims

1) Develop a Bayesian spatial capture recapture model to estimate density of turtle populations in the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal.
2) Compare population densities and space usage between species and sites along the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal.
