Examining skin infections, skin microbiome, and immune responses in snakes throughout Northeast Arkansas
Project aims:
1) To examine interactions between skin microbiota and fungal skin infections in snakes and
2) To examine interactions between immune responses and fungal skin infections in snakes.
I hope to predict risk to fungal skin infections in snake species and populations throughout Arkansas and the US using both microbiome and immune data!
